Glass railings from our sister company
Frameless glass railings are made and installed by Carolina Glass Railing. Same owner, same phone number. You get one team for the deck and the railing, and nobody points fingers if a post or panel is off.
Frameless glass panels run $425-$900 per linear foot installed, depending on post hardware and panel height.
The painted boards on this 16-year-old second-story deck were worn and splitting. They came off, we replaced several rotted joists underneath, and all new pressure-treated boards went on. The railing stayed.

Top notch crew that I used to replace all deck boards and several rotted joists on a 16 year old second story deck. Quality workmanship done in a timely manner at a fair price. Excellent communication on status and always shows up exactly when they said they would. Highly recommended.

How much does deck repair cost?
Most deck repairs run $20 per square foot of repair area. Typical repair projects land between $450 and $9,000 depending on scope. Board replacement, railing fixes, and structural repairs are all quoted per project with a free written quote from your photos and measurements.
Do you build new decks or just repair?
Both. We build new pressure-treated and composite decks (including Trex), and we repair, restain, and rebuild existing decks.
How long does a deck repair take?
Most repairs are completed in 1-3 days. New deck builds typically take 7-14 business days depending on size and complexity.
Do you install glass railings?
Yes. Frameless glass railings come from our sister company, Carolina Glass Railing (same owner, same phone number). You deal with one team for the deck and the railing.
